Alfatronix Ltd sold to Management Buyout team

I am pleased to be able to announce that on 19th April, due to retirement, the founder of Alfatronix, Mr Peter Verralls sold his shares in the company to a management buy out team led by myself, Keith Reilly.   

Of course, this will not mean any real changes to the day to day running of the business as I will remain as Managing Director and Linda Kitching will also continue as Finance and Purchasing Director. 

However, the team will now be strengthened by Chris Black and Graham Gairn who will join the management team as directors.   

I believe this new ownership will provide an excellent structure for the ongoing development of the business and allow us to successfully meet the needs of our customers today and into the future.
